Celinda Tilley Winstead Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celinda Tilley Winstead (New Hartford, Connecticut), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Raymond, John and David; and her husband Carl Johnston Winstead. She is survived by: her sister Winifred Pearsall of Easton, PA; and her children, Hubert H. Winstead (Lucinda), Celinda W. Lester, Elizabeth W. Warga (Richard) and Carl J. Winstead, Jr.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church.
