He was predeceased by: his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mills (Fraser); his children, Michael Mills of New Hartford, Samuel Mills and Marisa Mills of Norfolk; and his brothers, Richard and Walter Mills. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great granchildren.
