He is survived by: his parents, Florence Rubino (Gentles) of New Fairfield and Felix Rubino of Danbury; his son Brendon; his siblings, Felix (Tracey), Christopher, Michael and Marie Bartkovsky (Michael); and his stepfather Frederick Zimmermann. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Friday, October 16, 2020, from 4:30 p. m. to 7:30 p. m. Due to the pandemic crisis, facial coverings, hand sanitizing, and social distancing will be observed.
