As Katherine Stroffolino departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Katherine Stroffolino. Though Katherine Stroffolino may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Biele and Kenneth Stroffolino, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Terrance Jones; her granddaughter Bailey; her siblings, Ken Stroffolino (Ann) of Middlebury, CT, Brigitta Braatz of Newark, DE and Loretta Montemarano of Pawling, NY; and her stepsisters, Kelly Demato of Mattituck, NY and Kim Biele of Methuen, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests, anyone wishing to honor Kathy through a contribution, consider a donation in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association; or a contribution to her granddaughter's college fund. The family respectfully requests any contributions to the college fund be made by check to Bailey Guggisberg-Jones and sent to the attention of the funeral home.
