He is survived by: his spouse Helen Sullivan (Tatasciore); his parents, Andrew Sullivan and Loretta Sullivan (Murphy); his children, Kristy Amacker (Robert) of Charlottesville, VA, Kathryn Cusack (Matthew) of Middlebury, CT, Matthew Sullivan (Sara) of Portland, Timothy Sullivan (Leah) of Camas and Brady Sullivan (Rebecca) of Danbury; his brother Andrew Sullivan (Karen) of Glastonbury; and his grandchildren, William Amacker, Charles Amacker, Nelsie, Nora and Ryker Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
