He was predeceased by: his son Kevin; his parents, John and Florence; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Daniels and Thomas Behl; and his parents-in-law, Marlin and Marilou Blosser.
He is survived by: his wife Jodi; his sons, Daniel Pannell and Brian Pannell (Laurell); and his siblings, Jeanne Daniels, Judith Behl, Joyce DeMoore, Jane Pannell, Margaret Bonacci (Dominic) and John Pannell (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
