He is survived by: his former wife Anita C. Byers; his children, Patricia M. Byers, MD (David Roth, MD) of Coral Gables, FL and James W; his wife Donna L. Byers of New Fairfield; his grandchildren, Joshua Roth, Jonathan Roth, Maria Byers, James W. Byers IV, Anna Byers, Anita Byers, Robert Byers and Jimmy Byers; and his great grandchild Henry Roth.
