It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Concetta A. Von Tanhausen (New Fairfield, Connecticut), who passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Concetta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Concetta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Anterio and Anna Maresca; and her siblings, Tony Anterio and Mary Barcia. She is survived by: her grandsons, Dominic and Roman; her husband Theodore Von Tanhausen III; her daughter Lisa Banning (Glenn); her caregiver Charity (William); her friend Olivia; her sisters, Nancy Piccirillo and Ann Marie Oddo (Lenny); and also Hendricks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
