She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel Mandzak. She is survived by: her parent Kata Mandzak; her children, Michael Kakos (Maureen), Edward Kakos (Camie), Rosanne Kakos-Main (Jeffery) and Stephen Kakos; and her grandchildren, Jessie Lynn, Katie Mae, Michael, Valerie, Alison, Mary and Kay Baker.
