He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Price. He is survived by: his father Lescheshen; his brother David V. Price; his sons, Maximilian Price and David Kleiman; the parents of children, Lauren McKinnon and Tatiana Kleiman of Connecticut; his aunt Bettie; his uncle Kenneth Guggenheim of Woodbridge; his godmother Mary Ann; his uncle Bruce Rudolph of Newtown; his cousins, Jason Holt (Carline), Rebecca Pecor (Justin), Andrew Rudolph (Claire), Adam Guggenheim, Tyler Rudolph (Kaylee) and Kelsey Guggenheim-Dias (Joseph); and also, Elijah, Sebastian, Thaddeus, Nathan, Jacob, Lucas, Theo, Genevieve, Joseph and Maeve.
