She was predeceased by: her parent Gloria E. Lewis; and her parent-in-law Richard Hartley. She is survived by: her spouse Paul Hartley; her children, Alexander and Rachel; her pet Jesse; her parent Robert D. Lewis; her parent-in-law Katie Hartley; her siblings, Kathleen Spettel (Thomas) and Cynthia Lewis-Susalla (Jay); her siblings-in-law, Ed Hartley (Mindy) and Kathy Hartley-Baronowsky (Steve); and her nieces and nephews, Jason (Becky), Shannon, Sam, Amelia and Nicholas.
