She is survived by: her significant other Harry Hazlehurst III of Valentine's Day; and her children, Susan H. Milbrath of Greenwood Village, Colorado, Catherine Hazlehurst of New Canaan, Connecticut, Janice Hazlehurst (Stephen Charles) of Bethesda, Maryland and Robert W. Hazlehurst (Cindy) of Englewood, Colorado.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
