John Lowry Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2025, John Lowry Jr. (New Canaan, Connecticut), born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Meg. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Celaya; his children, Jane and John III (Meleda); his grandsons, Sumner Miller (Abby) and Preston Miller; and his stepchildren, Laura, Michael and Francisca.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan (178 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan, CT 06840).
