She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Edwin Thorsness and Marion Taylor; her husband Robert M. Conner; her brother George; her children, Deborah (Steve) of Georgetown, Susan (Ziva) of New York, NY and Richard of Madison, CT; and her grandchildren, Emma, Max, Sam and Gift. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her memory to: Bright Focus Foundation, 22512 Gateway Center Drive, Clarksburg, MD 20871 A gathering of Family and Friends will take place on Thursday September 12, 2024, from 4-6 pm at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan CT 06840.
