He was predeceased by: his parent Lorenzo Colella; and his spouse Annunziata Gaudino Colella. He is survived by: his parent Annuziata Iuliana; his wife Nancy; his children, Lorenzo Colella (Alissa) of New Canaan, Nancy Colella of Norwalk, Filomena Faucher (Jeffrey) of New Canaan and Serra Colella of Norwalk; his siblings, Francesco Colella of Italy, Maria Colella of Italy, Catarina Colella of Italy and Benito Colella; and his grandchildren, Carolyn Ann Faucher and Leo Aténogenes Colella.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the New Canaan Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
