He is survived by: his wife Jane Dragonas Perkins; his brother Thomas Perkins of Sarasota, Florida; his children, Matthew Perkins (Amy) of Hanover and Christina Cannell (Jon) of Asheville; and his grandchildren, John Perkins of Belfast, Samuel, Mary Kate, Thomas Perkins of Hanover and William Cannell.
