She was predeceased by: her mother May Simpson. She is survived by: her sons, John Waibel (Elaina) of Marlborough, NH and William Waibel of New Canaan, CT.; her grandchildren, Chad Waibel of Herndon, VA and Caitlin Waibel of Durham, NC; and her cousin Kyra Bothwell of Norwalk, CT..

In lieu of flowers contributions in Betty's name can be made to New Canaan Community Preschool.
