With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Pierpont Suydam of New Canaan, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on August 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John I. Suydam; her brothers, Wilfred E. Pierpont III, Richard R. Pierpont and John B. Pierpont; and her parents, Wilfred E. Pierpont, Jr. and Josephine Boyle Pierpont.
She is survived by: her sister Joan Carosielli of Lancaster, PA. She is also survived by 30 nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Smith College or to the charity of your choice.
