Carter of New Canaan, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frederick N. Hill Sr.; her siblings, Deborah Hill (Dave Reinholt) and Frederick N. Hill Jr.; and her nephew Charles Tyler Hill. She is survived by: her mother Jeanette L. Hill; her children, Diane Nottingham Rinfret (JP) and Thomas Hill Carter; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hill. She is also survived by cousin, nieces, and nephews.
