He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Billingham and Anne Billingham; his wife Gail Anne Brencher Billingham; and his sister Joan Billingham Bristol. He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Billingham Pumroy and Robin Billingham Svensson; his grandchildren, Jonathan Billingham, Lynne Briggs, Jessica Pumroy, James LaVigne, Tyler LaVigne and Linnea LaVigne; and his children-in-law, Jon Pumroy and Bjarne Svensson. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to honor Charles' memory, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
