He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leslie Bliss Soper (Talia Fairchild Soper) and Kusnacht; his wife Susan Brown; his children, Laura Budd (Scott) of Norwalk, CT and Benjamin (Marilyn) of Southington, CT; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Davis and Caroline Budd.
