Anna L. Recchia Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna L. Recchia of New Canaan, Connecticut, who passed away on March 24, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Giuseppe Socci and Angelina Pia; her husband Alessandro "Alex" Recchia; her children, Maria Frattaroli (Claudio) of South Salem, NY and Emilio Recchia (Dorothy) of Wilton, CT; her brother Loreto Socci (Judy); her son-in-law Manuel Allende of South Salem, NY.; her grandchildren, Maelina Frattaroli-Barbati (Patrizio), Nicholas Frattaroli (Laura), Joseph Recchia, Celine Hodges (Shane), Maria Recchia (Mihail) and Michael Allende; her great grandchildren, Sofia Joy Barbati and Eoin Hodges; her daughters, Antonia Allende and Clara Recchia; her sister Antoinette Socci Sirico; and her close friend Maria Elena.
Attendees are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Brain Tumor Society in honor of Anna's pre-deceased daughters, Clara and Toni, with whom she is now happily reunited.
