He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Neill (Gabes); his parents, William Alexander Neill, Sr. and Elizabeth Jane Neill (MacIndoe); and his brothers, John and Thomas Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Neill-Nietsch (Barry) of Colfax, CA, Sandra Neill (Ben Buller) of Plainville, William J. Neill of West Newton, MA, Mary Hoffnagle (Davis) of New Hartford and Paul Neill of New Britain; his grandchildren, Brianna, Laurel and Brittney; and his sisters, Mary Ames and Margaret Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
