He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Walter J. Duksa and Anna Duksa (Lennon); and his brother William Duksa. He is survived by: his wife Carol Duksa (Woznis); his daughter Kathleen Dunlap of New Milford; his grandchildren, Madison and Gavin Dunlap; his sisters, Anne Jimenez (Ramon Jimenez) of Salinas, CA and Mary Peterson (Rob) of Hamburg, NJ; and his sisters-in-law, June Majewski of Bristol and Barbara Andrews (Ray) of West Hartford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
