She was predeceased by: her parents, Franciscek Polgroszek and Celia Polgroszek (Smith); her husband Joseph Truszkowski; her son Joseph Truszkowski; and her siblings, Edward, Sophie, Helen and Jean.
She is survived by: her son Edward Truszkowski. She is also survived by her two grandsons and her two granddaughters.
