He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Ribes (Urso); his parents, Vincent Ribes and Anna Ribes (Swider); and his sister Frances Smedberg. He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Stula (Charles) of Wethersfield, Karen Ribes of Wethersfield and Nancy Ribes (Roseli DoCarmo) of East Hartford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home (444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT 06053). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ann's Church (101 North St, New Britain, CT 06053).
