He was predeceased by: his wife Olympia Flaminio; his parents, Frank Flaminio and Immacolata (Landolfi); his siblings, Frank, Giuseppe and Rose; and his brother-in-law Vito Gallo.
He is survived by: his children, Frank of New Britain, Tina Forrest (Michael) of Wethersfield and Sandra Shaw (Darryl) of Kensington; his grandchildren, Erica Forrest, Michael Forrest (Ashley), Darryl and Krista Shaw; his great grandchild Michael Forrest III; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Flaminio of Bristol and Carmela Flaminio of Italy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
