He was predeceased by: his father Thomas A. Foy; and his brother Michael Foy. He is survived by: his mother Edna Patricia Foy (Kiel); his wife Erin Foy (Joyce); his daughters, Kelly Foy of Newington and Meghan Foy of Berlin; and his siblings, Jean Foy (Richard Evans) of Maine and Robert (Julie Foy) of Maine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
