She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Jewett and Theresa Galasyn (Hughes); her sister Betty; and her children, Bryan Heath and Kimberly Heath Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Heath (Michelle); her grandchildren, Chad (Karolina), Dylan (Ankita), Megan, Shawn, Bryanna and Brooke; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Connor, Maxx and Chandler; and her siblings, Kathy, Butch, William and Joseph. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
