He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Garofalo and Sebastiana Garofalo (Russo); and his son Joe Garofalo. He is survived by: his wife Florence Garofalo (Costa); his daughters, Nella Stelzner of Hebron, Lena Cefaratti (Dale) of Florida and Nancy Garofalo of Meriden; his daughter-in-law Meghan Garofalo of Southington; his grandchildren, Paul, Dana, Jenna, Sebby and Maggie; and his great grandchildren, Marina, Tristen and Gianna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
