He is survived by: his significant other Rosa Melluzzo (Campisi); his children, Filomena Lazicki of Cromwell, Giuseppe (Debra) of Unionville, Luciano (Susan) of New Britain and Adriano (April) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Melissa D'Agostino, Rosa Melluzzo, Salvatore Melluzzo, Sylvia Fuller, Sergio Melluzzo, David Lazicki, Nicholas Melluzzo, Anthony Melluzzo, Rachel Melluzzo, Alexander Melluzzo, Marisa Melluzzo and Matthew Melluzzo; his great grandchildren, Anthony D'Agostino, Owen Mitchell, Lucas D'Agostino, Ashton Fuller and Avery Fuller; and his brother Sebastiano Melluzzo. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
