He is survived by: his wife Marianna Kurpiewska (Mlynarski) of New Britain; his son Ireneusz Kurpiewski (Jolanta) of Bristol; and his granddaughters, Joanna Mazurkiewicz (Piotr), Monika Tomaszewska (Mateusz) and Barbara Michalowska (Rafal). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
