She was predeceased by: her husband John Patrick Riera; her parents, Joseph B. Peters and Ruth Ida Peters (Scott); her sons, Robert and Richard Riera; and her brothers, Leon and Bernard Riera.
She is survived by: her son Randall R. Riera of Plainville; her daughter-in-law Diana Riera of Bristol; her grandsons, Zachariah Riera and Jacob Riera (Audurey Wransky); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Joan Riera of Bristol and Shane Riera. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
