She was predeceased by: her parent Winslow Allen; and her brother Winslow Allen, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Allen (Leighton); her spouse Earl Dow Jr. of New Britain, CT; her daughters, Lisa Lindstrand of Kirkville, Yvonne Rondini of Marlborough, CT and Jennifer Dow of New Britain, CT; and her sister Grace Curtis of Cooper. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
