He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Bell (Fowler) and Arthur "Artie" Bell. He is survived by: his wife Flora Bell (Burns); his children, Arthur Bell Sr. (Patricia) of New Britain and Susan Simeone (Christopher) of Newington, Connecticut.; his grandchildren, Molly, Kelsey Simeone and Arthur Bell Jr.; and his brother-in-law Rodney Harvey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
