He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pudelka and Theresa Roy; and his sister Linda LaVoie. He is survived by: his close friend Paulette Sultzbach Haines; his children, Richard Pudelka Jr. (Sheri) of Berlin and Traci Hurtado (Jorge) of Orlando, FL; his brothers, John LaVoie (Laura), Guy LaVoie and Raymond LaVoie (Jennifer); his grandsons, Michael Bartucca, Joshua Hurtado of Orlando, FL and Tyler Pudelka of Berlin; his stepsons, Jason Lee of Plymouth and Charles Lee (Jill) of North Port, FL; and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth Lee of North Port, FL and Caitlin Lee of Plymouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
