He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Jackie. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jackie (Parker); his wife Flora Estevez; his children, Philip A. Jackie, Stephanie (Alexander Jezouit), Kristina, Kasia, Kayla Jackie and Tiffany Flores; his brother Paul (Barbara Jackie); and his former spouses, Anna and Andrea. He is also survived by his nieces, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's name to the CT Humane Society.
