He was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Girardin and Nellie Girardin (Naumchick). He is survived by: his son Brian Girardin; and his siblings, Philip, Raymond Girardin of Bristol, Susan LeClair of Plymouth and Ann St. John of Terryville. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
