He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jastrzemski and Elizabeth Jastrzemski (Kron); his close friend Janet Crossman (Peterson); and his brothers, Ronald and Robert Jastrzemski.
He is survived by: his brother Stanley Jastrzemski of New Britain; his cousin Sharon Kron of New Britain; and also, Sarah Crossman King (Chad King), Finn of Vinalhaven Island, Maine and Lorelei of Vinalhaven Island, Maine.
