We bid farewell to Nellie May Fontana of New Britain, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 29, 2025 at the age of 95. Nellie May touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Arzuolaitis and Adella Arzuolaitis; her siblings, Eleanor Kacmarcik, Lillian Piechert and Stanley Arzuolaitis; and her former husband John Fontana.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Fontana of New Britain and Linda Rubin (Michael) of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Ryan Rubin of Essex Junction, VT and Tyler Rubin of East Hampton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Carlson Funeral Home (45 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
