She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy R. Gentry; and her daughter Susan M. Gentry. She is survived by: her son Richard "Rich" Gentry of New Britain; her brother Charles "Chuck" Carter; her granddaughters, Molly Rose Talbot of Glastonbury, Rebecca Gentry of New Britain and Ashley Rose Newton of Newington; and her great grandchild Sophia Ruggiero.
