She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Berkely Powers and Bertha Dillard Powers of Manakin-Sabot, Virginia.; and her daughter Debra B. Robertson. She is survived by: her son Donald W. Vineyard; her grandson David Barker; and her great grandchildren, Veronica Barker and Makayla Barker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
