He is survived by: his mother Perfidia Cruz of New Britain; his children, Melissa Cruz, Jimmy Mangini and David Mangini; his siblings, Jose "Tito" Cruz of Hartford, Juan "Jake" Cruz of New Britain, Luz Maria Ortiz-Cruz of East Hartford and Raquel Cruz of New Britain; and his grandchildren, Aryanna Molina, Alyssa Santos, Messiah Cruz-Orwa, Davion Mangini, Legend Mangini, Ellyanna Dior Mangini, Mylah Mangini Edwards, Elijah Cruz-Mangini, Tyanna Mangini and Addream Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
