He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrzej Kita and Bronislawa Kita (Kozlowska). He is survived by: his wife Marianna; his children, Jola Sliwinski (Wesley) and Mark Kita; his grandchildren, Paul Sliwinski (Eileen), Catherine Colandrea (Michael) and Michael Sliwinski; and his great grandchildren, Micaela, Keira, Nora, Cole and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
