He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mildrum (Kimberly Grem Jensen). He is survived by: his mother Regina Mildrum; his children, Krystal Ferguson, Lucas Mildrum, Melissa Gordon, Zachary Mildrum, Ashley Jensen, James, Charlotte and Glenn; and his siblings, Martha Neault and Mark Mildrum.
