She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Sr.; and her son Edward Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Mavis; her granddaughter Jolene Mavis; her great grandchild Lilah Skye Mavis; and her granddaughter Kara Mavis of Tampa.
