She is survived by: her parent Remedios Madrid (Martinez); her sister Connie; her son Richard Kulak (Deborah) of Bluffton, SC; her sister Consuelo DiAngelis of Unionville; her grandchildren, Brian Kulak and Rebecca Tillou (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Dominic and Nicolas.
