It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice Stocklen of New Britain, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Stocklen and Calista Stocklen (Andrews); her brother Charles Stocklen; and her brother-in-law Mayo Schreiber. She is survived by: her sisters, Jean McQuillan (David) of Avon and Beverly Schreiber of Avon; her sister-in-law Merilyn Stocklen of Biddeford, ME; her nieces, Sarah, Jan, Ruth, Amy, Carol and Libby; and her nephew Mayo Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CT Humane Society, Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.
