It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Lays of New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, David Lays and Maria "Chelma" Garcia. She is survived by: her mother Carmen Rivera; her sisters, Evelyn Lays, Margarita Pratt and Maribel Rodriguez; her nieces and nephews, Jessie Draper, Mariah Garcia, Nyomi Lays, Nadine Sanabria, Angel Garcia III and David Lays Jr.; and her close friend Marcos Marrero. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
