He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Luis M. Ferreira (Linda) of West Yarmouth, MA, Maria Orticelli (Salvatore) of Middletown, CT, Annette F. Hinchliffe (Peter) of West Yarmouth, MA and Elizabeth Angers of Wethersfield, CT.; and his grandchildren, Christina Briggs, Kimberly Shepherd, Justin Morse, Alexis Orticelli, Bryan Orticelli, Alex Angers, Ashley Angers, Aimee Angers, Ian Hinchliffe and Lucy Hinchliffe-Schwartz. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Brigid Church (1083 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (1141 Stanley St, New Britain, CT 06051).
